Our Mission

Kelvic Report collects primary U.S. government documents and puts the official page on the card. Analysis is a separate brief, written here, and it is free to read. A tip is a tip. It does not unlock a page.

What is on the site

1. Primary documents
   Federal Register, White House news, White House presidential actions, Justice.gov, and the Congress.gov House floor feed. GovInfo’s Federal Register RSS is only a backup if the Register API fails. State.gov and defense.gov are not connected.
2. Independent cards
   The Gateway Pundit, under their terms: headline, byline, and a link. No article text and no images. DataRepublican and other Substacks are not connected.
3. Analysis
   Kelvic Report briefs. Labeled ANALYSIS. Not a reprint of the government document, and not an independent outlet’s article.

How the homepage fills

The aggregator runs on a morning schedule. The time on the homepage is the last successful check, in Central Time. If today has fewer than five primary documents, the column backfills older ranked cards so it does not look empty. That can put a proclamation ahead of yesterday’s Justice Department release. What we do not publish

Legacy cable and newspaper writeups are not ingested. Independent outlets appear only when their terms allow it or they have given written permission.
